Síminn hf. reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. because of wrong pricing or discontinuing of a certain product. Síminn hf. also reserves the right to further confirm orders via phone.

Delivery of goods

All orders are processed in two business days after the order is made and delivered via the Icelandic postal service.

Product price and shipping costs

All prices do include 24% VAT and no shipping cost is added on top of the displayed price. We ship our products via Íslandspóstur hf. to the registered shipping address provided by the customer in the ordering form.

Returns and exchanges

A 14-day return is granted on the purchase of a product given the presentation of a sales receipt that shows when the goods were purchased. The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original undamaged packaging when returned. Also the product seal must be intact. Return of a product is based on its original price, unless the product is on sale or on a special offer. It is then based on the price of the product on the day it is returned. If a buyer does not want to exchange the product for another product, a refund will be issued after receipt of the goods. Shipping and postage fees are non-refundable.

Faulty product

If the product is defective, customers will be offered a new product and we will pay all shipping costs. Or refund if required.
